Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil

Warm, spicy and gently sweet, Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil is steam distilled from the leaves and twigs of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree grown in Sri Lanka. Known as true or Ceylon cinnamon, the leaf oil is softer and more suited to aromatherapy than the stronger bark variety.

Traditionally valued for its warming and cleansing qualities, cinnamon leaf oil is believed to help create a comforting atmosphere during colder months and is often included in blends designed to support seasonal wellbeing. Its rich, uplifting aroma is also associated with easing low mood and bringing a cosy, energising feel to a space.

A powerful oil that should always be used well diluted.
